Harris Hall is available at an hourly rate (2 hour minimum) and daily rate, or regularly scheduled occupancy by individuals and organizations at negotiated rates (hourly or daily) by Harris Hall’s Facilities Manager. “Daily rate” is considered to be for a single eight-hour increment of occupancy.
Sustained rental agreements, i.e. regularly scheduled classes, training sessions, business meetings
(civic or corporate), etc., will be negotiated based on frequency of use and type of organization
(NFP, charitable or public service in need of committed-reserved space). The Facilities Manager is authorized to negotiate a “special situation” rate.
Hourly Rates: Mon – Thurs: $20.00 (2 hour minimum) ~~ Fri, Sat, Sun -- $45.00 (2 hr min)
Kitchen: $45.00 first 4 hours. $10 per additional hour.
Beverage Service: To be negotiated.
Audio/Visual (Projector and screen), Speakers, Microphones, Amplifier: To be negotiated
Roland electronic piano available for use on approval.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $75.00 -- to be refunded once the Hall is cleaned and inspected.
FACILITY USE POLICIES - Note: Current CDC/State of WA Guidelines are in effect and must be followed.
No smoking in the building or within 25 feet of the building.
The consumption of alcohol in Unity of Whidbey facilities, or on Unity grounds, is allowed only
with special permits and/or other agreed upon conditions being met. These will be determined and granted per event basis.
The use of candles for ceremonial purposes or in the event of a power outage calls for the utmost
care and safe handling by everyone affected. Two or more flashlights will be at each end of Harris
Hall and their location will be noted and visible for ready use. The storage of volatile fuels,
solvents or other combustible products will always be external to Harris Hall and in secure fire-safe location. Fire extinguishers are located in open, visible locations in the kitchen and in Unity Hall alcove (office/bookstore).
Parking at Unity is designated and disabled parking sites set aside as required by the Washington
State Vehicular Parking code.
In an emergency situation requiring Ambulance, Fire Department, the Sheriff or Washington State
Patrol, Harris Hall occupants must call 911 immediately and, if possible, someone should be
stationed at the Crawford Road entrance to the Unity plateau, to direct emergency services up to
the facility location.
These policies and rates are for your convenience but may be updated at any time.
